跨铁路站场钢天桥的凌空接长施工技术

摘要 结合某站房接长天桥施工实践,从总体思路、技术内容、技术特点和实施效果等方面出发,介绍了跨铁路站场钢天桥凌空接长技术。该技术成功解决了铁路营业线状态下和高空整体吊装下的钢结构天桥初步合龙定位、精确合龙定位、对接处焊接精度控制等难题,可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴。 Combined with the construction practice of extended overpass for a railway station yard,the technology of aerial extension of steel overpass crossing over railway station yard is introduced from the aspects of general idea,technical content,technical characteristics and implementation effect.This technology has successfully solved the problems of preliminary closure positioning,precise closure positioning and welding accuracy control of butt joint of steel structure overpass under the condition of railway business line operation and high altitude integral hoisting,which can provide certain reference for similar projects.
