摘要
以上海轨交15号线吴中路站无柱大跨度预制拱形顶板为例,分析了该车站顶板的结构特点,并围绕预制拱形顶板的结构设计与生产技术展开研究。从钢模设计、钢筋设计、混凝土浇筑等环节出发,阐述了相应的控制要点。车站顶板拼装完成后取得了良好的施工效果,证明所述工艺具有一定的推广应用价值。
Taking Wuzhong Road Station of Shanghai rail transit line 15 as an example,the structural characteristics of the station roof plates are analyzed,and the structural design and production technology of the precast arch roof plates are studied.From the aspects of steel fromwork design,steel bar design and concrete pouring,the corresponding control points are elaborated.After the assembly completion of the station roof plates,good construction effect has been achieved,which proves that the technology has a certain popularization and application value.
