摘要
深圳市北环电缆隧道工程土建Ⅱ标的1#~5#竖井区间在建隧道邻近地铁7号线,按照原设计实施矿山法施工过程中,地铁7号线轨顶发生较大沉降。为确保地铁营运安全,对已完矿山法施工段及竖井、地质情况、线路总体规划要求、邻近既有线安全施工要求等因素进行综合分析,创新研究出在建隧道矿山法变更为盾构法施工工法,应用的关键技术措施包括对竖井改造、已完矿山法隧道处理、重叠渐变隧道改线扩挖、斜坡段矿山法衔接、原竖井与新建盾构隧道的连接等,确保了邻近7号线地铁隧道的运营安全,同时满足线路总体规划和盾构施工要求,实施效果良好,以期为类似工程提供借鉴参考。
The 1#~5#shaft section of civil engineering bid section Ⅱ of Shenzhen Beihuan cable tunnel project is under construction and adjacent to Metro Line 7.According to the original design,during the construction process of mining method,the rail top of Metro Line 7 has a large settlement.To guarantee the safe operation of the subway,the comprehensive analysis is performed on the construction section completed by mining method,shafts,geological conditions,overall planning requirements of the line,and safety construction requirements of adjacent existing lines;the construction method of changing the mining method of the tunnel under construction into the shield construction method is innovatively studied.The key technical measures include the transformation of shafts,the treatment of tunnel completed by mining method,the extension excavation of overlapping gradual change tunnel,the connection of slope section mining method,the connection of original shafts and new shield tunnel,etc.It ensures the operation safety of metro tunnel adjacent to Metro Line 7,and meets the requirements of overall planning and shield construction.Good effect is achieved and it is expected to provide reference for similar projects.
