综合管廊顶进下穿高铁桥墩的施工技术

摘要 以北京新机场高速公路地下综合管廊顶进下穿京沪高铁为例,介绍了综合管廊分跨顶进施工的技术要点。通过采用框架桥增加压重、加强围护、顶进土体旋喷加固、施工监测等措施,有效地控制了高铁桥墩的变形,保证了京沪高铁的运行安全,为今后类似工程下穿高铁桥墩施工提供了宝贵的经验。 Taking Beijing New Airport Expressway underground utility tunnel jacking underneath passing Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway as an example,the technical points of span-separated jacking construction of utility tunnel are introduced.The deformation of high-speed railway piers is effectively controlled by adopting measures such as increasing the weight of frame bridge,strengthening the retaining support,jet grouting reinforcement of jacking soil,and construction monitoring,so as to ensure the operation safety of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and provide valuable experience for the construction of similar projects underneath passing high-speed railway piers in the future.
