摘要 以苏州相城区某居住社区为例,探索了绿色健康技术在高层住宅建筑上的应用。项目因地制宜选用了独立新风系统、末端直饮水系统、智能家居系统、中置遮阳系统、雨水回用系统、绿化自动灌溉系统、高效围护结构保温系统、太阳能热水系统、BIM应用技术等绿色健康建筑技术,有效降低建筑能耗,提供健康、舒适的居住环境。采用的一系列绿色健康建筑技术不仅节省了各项费用成本,而且获得了多项国内外奖项,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 Taking a residential community in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou as an example,the application of green health technology in high-rise residential buildings is explored.According to the local conditions,the green healthy building technologies,such as independent fresh air system,terminal direct drinking water system,intelligent home system,central sunshade system,rainwater reuse system,green automatic irrigation system,efficient envelope insulation system,solar water heating system,BIM application technology and so on,are selected to effectively reduce building energy consumption and provide a healthy and comfortable living environment.A series of green healthy building technologies have not only saved various costs,but also won many awards at home and abroad.It can provide reference for other similar projects.
