高速铁路隧道自动化管棚安装技术研究

Research on installation technology of automatic pipe shed in high-speed railway tunnel

目前,我国高速铁路建设施工技术日新月异,在隧道建设过程中建设者们集思广益,将实现“郑万高铁大断面隧道安全快速标准化修建关键技术”的研究作为首要任务。文章针对试验段最需解决的问题——如何提高掌子面前方围岩稳定性,提出了利用三臂凿岩台车集成自动化安装系统进行Φ60管棚的快速施工技术。既保障了前方围岩稳定性,又提高了管棚施工工序时间,在施工安全与快速中实现了双赢。

At present,our country's high-speed railway construction technology is changing with each passing day.In the process of tunnel construction,builders are brainstorming and taking the study of"the key technology of Zhengwan high-speed railway large-section tunnel safety and rapid standardization construction"as the primary task.This article aims at the most important problem to be solved in the test section.how to improve the stability of the surrounding rock in front of the palm face,and puts forward the rapid construction technology of theФ60 pipe roof using the three-arm rock drilling trolley integrated automatic installation system.It not only ensures the stability of the surrounding rock in front,but also improves the construction process time of the pipe shed,achieving a win-win situation in construction safety and speed.
