推进科技成果转化的工作实践与思考--以十堰市为例

当前,科技成果转化难,是国内普遍存在的一个难题,自《促进科技成果转化法》修订案实施以来,国家和地方均出台.科技成果转化配套政策,着力破除科技成果转化体制机制,打通技术沟通对接渠道。文章对近几年科技成果转化工作进行了总结梳理,研讨分析了开展科技成果转化工作中存在的问题,并给出相关建议,为下一步科技成果转化工作提供思路。

At present,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is dificult,which is a common problem in China.Since the implementation of the amendment to the Iaw on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the state and local governments have issued supporting policies for the transformation of scientifc and technological achievements,and have made great efforts to break down the system and mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and unblock the channels of technical communication and docking.The article summarized and sorted out the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in recent years,discussed and analyzed the existing problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and gave corresponding docking and suggestions to provide ideas for the next step of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
