老年糖尿病患者代谢综合征与外周动脉疾病的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)与外周动脉疾病(peripheral arterial disease,PAD)的相关性。方法选择我院老年医学科住院的老年2型糖尿病患者281例,根据PAD诊断标准分为PAD组136例和非PAD组145例。采集病史、体格检查、血液生化指标,并行多因素logistic回归分析。结果 PAD组MS比例明显高于非PAD组(88.2%vs 70.3%,P=0.000)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,调整年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、腰围、收缩压、TC、糖化血红蛋白、估算的肾小球滤过率和糖尿病病程等危险因素后,MS患者PAD患病风险增加(95%CI:1.205~6.330,P=0.016)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者,即使各项代谢指标水平无明显差异,作为一个代谢紊乱的症候群,MS仍与PAD密切相关,MS与PAD患病风险的增加存在独立正相关。 Objective To study the correlation between metabolic syndrome(MS) and peripheral arterial disease(PAD) in elderly T2 DM patients.Methods Two hundred and eighty-one elderly T2 DM patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were divided into PAD group(n=136) and PAD-free group(n=145).Their medical records,physical examination parameters and laboratory testing parameters were recorded and analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of MS was significantly higher in PAD group than in PAD-free group(88.2% vs 70.3%,P=0.000).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of PAD was 1.762-fold higher in MS patients after adjustment for age,sex,history of smoking and alcohol consumption,WC,SBP,serum TC and HbA1 c level,eGFR and course of DM(95%CI:1.205-6.330,P=0.016).Conclusion MS is closely correlated with PAD in elderly T2 DM patients though no significant difference is detected in their metabolic indicators.
