摘要
巨噬细胞各种功能受损与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病机制密切相关。自噬作为一种维持细胞稳态的机制影响着巨噬细胞各种功能。自噬影响巨噬细胞功能进而影响COPD的相关机制目前尚未完全明确。因此,本文就巨噬细胞自噬对COPD的影响作一综述。
The impairment of various functions of macrophages is closely related to the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Autophagy as a mechanism to maintain cell homeostasis affects various functions of macrophages.The mechanism by which autophagy affects macrophage function and then COPD is not fully understood.Therefore,this article reviews the effects of macrophage autophagy on COPD.
