棉织物的三嗪类抗皱/抗菌整理剂改性及性能 被引量:2

摘要 三嗪类抗皱整理剂BTP400和抗菌化合物BTMPT通过浸渍法整理到棉织物上,经氯化后得到兼具抗菌及抗皱功能的纺织品(Cl-BTMPT/BTP400/棉)。采用SEM、FT-IR对整理织物进行表征,并通过分析不同因素对氯含量及折皱回复角的影响,探索最佳整理工艺,进一步测试了整理织物的强力、水洗稳定性及抗菌性能。优化的工艺条件为:NaOH2 g/L,Na2SO4100 g/L,BTMPT 20%(omf),BTP400 5%(omf),反应温度50℃,反应时间2 h。整理后的Cl-BTMPT/BTP400/棉抗菌性能优良,在5 min内能使接种的金黄葡萄糖球菌全部致死,在10 min内完全杀灭接种的大肠埃希菌。 Triazine anti-wrinkle finishing agent BTP400 and anti-bacterial com pound BTM PT are used to cotton fabric by exhaustion method, and after chlorination, multifunctional anti-w rinkle/antibacterial fabric(Cl-BTMPT/BTP400/cotton) is obtained. SEM and FT-IR are used to characterize the finished fabric,and by analyzing the influence of different factors on the chlorine content and w rinkle recovery angle,the best finishing process is explored, and the strength, washing stability and antibacterial properties of the finished fabric are tested. The results show that the optimal conditions are: NaOH2 g/L, Na2SO4100 g/L, BTMPT 20%(omf), BTP400 5%(omf), reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 2 h. The prepared Cl-BTMPT/BTP400/cotton show s excellent antibacterial properties, which can kill all the inoculated Staphylococcus aureus within 5 min and Escherichia coli within 10 min, respectively.
