摘要 针对羊毛衫在服用过程中易起毛起球的现象,采用蛋白酶-聚氨酯(PU)/丙烯酸酯(PA)联合处理法对羊毛衫进行抗起毛起球整理。优化的整理工艺为:PU/PA质量分数35%(omf),pH值为6,45℃整理15 min,130℃焙烘3 min。整理后织物表面毛球数量下降率为86.0%,抗起毛起球可达3.5级。 In viewof the easy pilling phenom enon of woolen sweate r in the process of wearing, the antipilling finishing of woolen sweater is carried out by combined treatment of protease-polyurethane(PU)/acrylate(PA). The optimal process is: PU/PA concentration 35%(omf), pH value 6, finishing at 45 ℃ for15 min, and baking at 130 ℃ for 3 min. After finishing, the number of wool balls on the surface of the fabric decreases by 86.0%, and the anti-pilling performance can reach Grade 3.5.
