某地铁区间隧道支护方案设计及施工工艺研究

摘要 基于某地铁区间隧道工程地质分析,在区间隧道各标段内衬砌方式依序采用单线Vc型、单线Vd型及单渡线B型,并给出了相应的支护设计参数,施工方式采用台阶法及CRD法。针对区间隧道开挖及支护施工工艺,给出了区间竖井施工工艺及各工序的具体施工方法及流程;研究了超前预报与超前支护施工工艺参数及注意事项,获得了台阶法与CRD法施工工艺流程,分析了二次衬砌施工与初期支护施工的联系。论文为地铁区间隧道支护方案设计及施工工艺研究提供一定的参考依据。 Based on a subway tunnel engineering geology analysis,sequence within the blocks in the tunnel lining way using single Vc type single Vd type and single line B type,and gives the corresponding supporting design parameters,construction methods adopted step method and CRD method in tunnel excavation and support construction process,gives the range shaft construction technology and the process of concrete construction method and process;This paper studies the technological parameters and matters needing attention of advance prediction and advance support construction,obtains the construction technological flow of step method and CRD method,and analyzes the connection between the secondary lining construction and the initial support construction. This paper provides some reference for the design of the support scheme and the construction technology research of the subway tunnel.
