论“国际团结”原则的发展与中国贡献

"国际团结"是联合国所倡导的基本价值,也是联合国人权与国际团结问题独立专家所认可的一项国际法原则。它对促进人权保障、改善国际经济秩序、推动可持续发展、应对全球威胁与挑战都起着重要作用,得到广大发展中国家的认可。随着单边主义和保护主义的持续蔓延,全球治理与多边国际合作受到冲击。在此背景下,联合国呼吁充分发挥国际团结精神和原则的积极作用,促进发展权等"团结权利"的落实,鼓励各国采取集体措施共同维护全球公共卫生安全,杜绝歧视。中国提出的人类命运共同体理念倡导各国团结协作,各文明交流互鉴,共同促进和保护人权,为丰富和推动国际团结原则做出了积极贡献,展现了大国的智慧与担当。

International solidarity is a fundamental value upheld by the United Nations as well as a principle of international law recognized by the independent experts on human rights and international solidary of the United Nations.This value and principle has played an important role in promoting human rights,improving the international economic order,driving sustainable development,and tackling global challenges,and has gained wide support from most developing countries.As unilateralism and protectionism continue to spread,global governance and multilateral cooperation are under threat.Against this background,the United Nations calls for the spirit and principle of international solidarity and the implementation of solidarity rights including the right to development,and encourages the countries to safeguard global public health through joint actions and to avoid discrimination.A community of shared future for mankind proposed by China advocates for international cooperation,mutual learning and exchange,and collective efforts to promote and safeguard human rights.It has made a positive contribution to enriching and boosting the principle of international solidarity and demonstrated the wisdom and responsibility of China as a major country.
