健脾祛湿方对胃癌术后早期气虚寒湿证的影响

Effect of Jianpi Qushi granule on early postoperative symptoms of gastric cancer of Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome

目的观察以药食两用中药为主的组成中药方健脾祛湿方对胃癌术后早期气虚寒湿证患者的影响。方法纳入胃癌术后符合气虚寒湿证型且已排气患者68例,采用配对设计方法分为治疗组(健脾祛湿方+西药常规治疗组)和对照组(西药常规治疗组)两组,每组34例。观察服药后D1和D3患者的排气次数、排便次数、大便质地及服药2周后患者中医证候积分变化和疲乏评分、癌症疲乏量表积分。评价药食两用中药颗粒剂健脾祛湿方对胃癌术后早期气虚寒湿证的影响。结果服药D3,治疗组患者的排气、排便次数少于对照组,大便质地评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者的气虚证积分低于对照组;治疗组气虚证治疗前后积分差、寒湿证治疗前后积分差均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的自觉治疗后症状改善率为73.5%(25/34)大于对照组38.2%(13/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者癌症疲乏总分、躯体疲乏积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿方可加快胃癌术后早期患者的胃肠功能恢复,改善患者气虚寒湿证候,改善患者躯体疲乏,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Qushi granule,mainly composed of officinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine,on early postoperative gastric cancer patients with Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome.Methods Sixty-eight cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients with Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome and gas expelled were included,divided into treatment group(Jianpi Qushi granule+conventional western medicine)and control group(conventional western medicine),each group 34 cases,with the method of paired design.Observe patients’frequency of gas expelling and defecation and stool texture on D1 and D3 of medication,and their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score change,fatigue scale score and cancer fatigue scale score 2 weeks after medication.Evaluate the effect of the officinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine granule,Jianpi Qushi granule on early postoperative symptoms of gastric cancer of Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome.Results On D3 of medication,the frequency of gas expelling and defecation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of stool texture was better in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Qi deficiency syndrome after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The score difference of Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome between before and after treatment was larger in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of symptoms after conscious treatment in the treatment group was 73.5%(25/34),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,38.2%(13/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of cancer fatigue scale and body fatigue scale in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qushi granule can improve postoperative gastric cancer patients’gastrointestinal function recovery,relieve Qi deficiency and cold dampness syndrome,relieve body fatigue and improve their life quality.
