摘要
米诺环素是第二代半合成的四环素类抗生素,临床上用于感染性疾病的治疗已超过30年。研究显示,米诺环素具有多种不依赖于抗菌活性的生物作用,如抗氧化、抑制免疫细胞和基质金属蛋白酶等。在皮肤科中,米诺环素被广泛应用于痤疮、玫瑰痤疮、大疱性类天疱疮及性病等的治疗。本文汇总了米诺环素非抗菌效应的最新研究进展,并总结米诺环素的非抗菌效应在皮肤科一些常见疾病中的应用,以期为临床提供新的治疗思路。
Minocycline is a second-generation,semi-synthetic tetracycline,which is used in the treatment of various infectious diseases for over 30 years.Recent studies have also revealed that minocycline also has a variety of biological effects that are independent of antimicrobial activity,such as inhibition of immune cells and matrix metalloproteinase,antioxidation and so on.Minocycline is widely applied in the treatment of acne,rosacea,bullous pemphigoid,venereal disease,etc.in dermatology.This review summarized the latest research progress and the application in common dermatological diseases of non-antibacterial effects of minocycline in order to provide new therapeutic ideas.
