老年多重用药评估在我院老年住院患者应用情况及评价分析

Application and analysis evaluation on geriatric inpatients in our hospital through geriatric polypharmacy

目的通过老年多重用药评估分析我院老年科住院患者多重用药情况及潜在的不适当用药情况,为我院老年患者合理用药提供依据。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院老年科住院患者302例,以2019年Beers标准、STOPP/START标准评估老年患者潜在的不适宜用药情况。结果 302例老年住院患者平均年龄(79.68±8.91)岁,平均用药品种(8.14±4.46)种。依据2019年Beers标准评估,89例患者(29.47%)存在潜在的不适宜用药共110项;依据STOPP/START标准评估,84例患者(27.81%)存在不适宜用药共88项;105例患者(34.76%)存在处方遗漏118项。结论我院老年科住院患者中普遍存在不适宜的多重用药,运用老年综合评估、多重用药评估等手段可进行有效筛查及干预,为指导全院老年患者合理用药提供依据及参考。

Objective Evaluate and analyze polypharmacy on geriatric inpatients in our hospital and potential inappropriate drug use through geriatric polypharmacy so as to provide a basis for rational drug use.Methods A total of 302 inpatients in geriatrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected to evaluate the potential inappropriate drug use of geriatrics according to 2019 Beers criteria and STOPP/START criteria.Results The average age of 302 geriatric inpatients was (79.68±8.91) years old,and the average drug variety was (8.14±4.46) kinds.According to 2019 Beers criteria,110 cases of potentially inappropriate drug use occurred on 89 patients (29.47%).According to STOPP/START criteria,88 cases of inappropriate drug use occurred on 84 patients (27.81%).One hundred and eighteen prescriptions were omitted in 105 patients (34.76%).Conclusion There are inappropriate polypharmacy among geriatric inpatients in our hospital.Comprehensive geriatric evaluation,polypharmacy evaluation and other means can be used for effective screening and intervention,and provide the basis and reference for rational drug use of geriatric patients in the hospital.
