摘要
鞘内药物输送系统(intrathecal drug delivery system,IDDS)将多种药物,如巴氯芬(baclofen)、吗啡(morphine)和齐考诺肽(ziconotide)等定向输送到鞘内空间以治疗痉挛或慢性疼痛。IDDS在植入术中及术后可受到麻醉药物、患者体位、手术部位和温度等因素的影响,装置使用期间MRI、除颤、放射治疗、高输出超声、碎石、消融、透热疗法以及电惊厥疗法等的应用均需有其特殊考量。
Intrathecal drug delivery system (IDDS) delivers a variety of drugs such as bacloprofen,morphine and cionomotide into intrathecal space to treat spasm or chronic pain.During and after implantation,IDDS may be affected by anesthetics,patient position,surgical site,temperature and other factors.The application of magnetic resonance imaging,defibrillation,radiotherapy,high-output ultrasound,lithotripsy,ablation,diathermy therapy,electroconvulsive therapy etc.during the use of the device should have special considerations.
