硫酸镁湿敷联合红外线照射治疗产后痔疼痛水肿的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Magnesium Sulfate Wet Compress Combined with Infrared Irradiation on Postpartum Hemorrhoids Pain and Edema

为观察硫酸镁湿敷联合红外线照射治疗产后痔水肿的疗效,选取2018-2019年我科200例产后出现痔水肿患者,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者采用外涂马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,观察组患者采用硫酸镁湿敷并联合红外线照射治疗,观察比较2组患者的疗效、疼痛及痔水肿情况。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),治疗4d、8d后观察组患者疼痛评分、水肿评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,硫酸镁湿敷联合红外线照射可显著改善产后痔水肿患者临床症状,提高其有效率,明显减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

To observe the curative effect of magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared irradiation on postpartum hemorrhoids pain and edema,200 cases of postpartum hemorrhoids and edema treated in author’s hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission(2018-2019 yr.),100 cases per group,the patients in control group were treated with Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment,and the patients in observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared irradiation,then the the efficacy,pain and hemorrhoid edema were observed and compared in the 2 groups.As results,the total efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group(P <0.05),after 4 d,8 dof treatment,the scores of pain and edema in observation group were lower than those in control group(P <0.05).The results show that magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared irradiation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of postpartum hemorrhoids edema patients,improve their effective rate,significantly reduce pain.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
