分段挂线术联合熏洗方对高位肛瘘患者肛门功能及炎症因子水平的影响

Influence of Segmentally Thread-drawing Combined with Fuming-wash Formula on the Anal Function and Inflammatory Factor’s Level of Patients with High Anal Fistula

为探讨分段挂线术联合熏洗方对高位肛瘘患者肛门功能及炎症因子水平的影响,将血热肠燥型高位肛瘘患者80例随机分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。对照组患者采用分段挂线术治疗,联合组患者采用分段挂线术联合熏洗方治疗。比较2组患者创口疼痛、炎性因子水平、肛门功能恢复情况。结果显示,联合组患者治疗10d、15dVAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05),联合组患者治疗10d、15dTNF-α、IL-6表达水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05),联合组患者治疗10d、15dWexner及指诊评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,分段挂线术联合熏洗方能显著改善患者术后肛门功能、减少炎性因子释放、抑制炎症反应、减轻疼痛,值得推荐使用。

This study was to investigate the influence of segmentally thread-drawing combined with fuming-wash formula on the anal function and inflammatory factors’ level,randomly divided 80 patients with high anal fistula of type of intestine dryness due to blood heat into control group(40 cases,received segmentally thread-drawing)and combination group(40 cases,added with fuming-wash formula based on control group);then,compared both groups’ status on wound pain,on inflammatory factor’s level,and on anal function recovered.As results,in VAS rating and in TNF-α,IL-6 level,as well as in score on digital diagnosis and on Wexner at 10,15 day after treatment combination group was respectively and significantly lower,and lower,as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that segmentally threaddrawing plus fuming-wash formula can significantly improve patients’ postoperative function of anus,reduce inflammatory factors released,inhibit inflammatory response and lessen the pain,thus worth to be recommended to use.
