原位再生医疗技术在肛肠疾病术后创面换药中的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of MEBT/MEBO in Wound-surface Dressing Exchange after Surgery for Coloproctological Diseases

为观察原位再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)在肛肠疾病术后创面换药中的效果,将肛肠疾病手术患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者术后创面予以马应龙麝香痔疮膏常规方法换药,观察组患者术后创面予以美宝湿润烧伤膏采用原位再生医疗技术换药,比较2组患者临床治疗效果、疼痛评分、分泌物评分以及创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P <0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛评分以及分泌物评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,将MEBT/MEBO用于肛肠疾病患者术后创面换药,能够促进患者术后创面恢复,缓解创面疼痛程度,明显提高临床治疗效果。

This study was to observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment)in wound-surface dressing exchange after surgery for coloprctological diseases,randomly divided 120 patients underwent surgery for their coloproctolgical diseases into control group(60 cases,routine dressing exchange with Mayinglong Shexiang ointment for hemorrhoids)and observation group(60 cases,with Meibao moist burn ointment by using MEBT/MEBO technique);then,compared both groups’ clinical efficacy,the score rating on pain and on secretion,and wound-surface healing time.As results,in above-mentioned items observation group was respectively and significantly higher(80% vs63.3%),lower,and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that MEBT/MEBO used in wound-surface dressing exchange after surgery for coloproctological diseases can promote patients’ woundsurface recovered,relieve pain,significantly enhance efficacy.
