责任制护理在高位肛瘘患者围手术期的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Implementing Nursing in System of Job Responsibility at Perioperation of High Anal Fistula

为观察责任制护理在高位肛瘘患者围手术期的应用效果,将高位肛瘘患者134例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用责任制护理干预,比较2组患者SDS评分、SAS评分、QOL评分、满意度、术后并发症发生率和健康教育知晓率。结果显示,干预前2组患者SDS评分、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);干预前2组患者QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者QOL评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者健康教育知晓率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,高位肛瘘患者围手术期应用责任制护理可以缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者满意度和健康知识知晓率,显著降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the efficacy of implementing nursing in system of job responsibility at perioperation of high fistula in ano,randomly divided 134 cases of high anal fistula into control group(67 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(67 cases,the nursing in system of job responsibility);then,compared both groups’ SDS rating,SAS rating,QOL rating,satisfactory degree,postoperative incidence of complication,and knowledge ratio on health introduction.As results,before nursing intervention in SDS rating,SAS rating,and QOL score rating there was no statistical difference between the two groups(all,P >0.05);but after intervention the SDS rating and SAS rating,as well QOL rating of observation group was respectively lower,as well higher than that of control group(all,P <0.05);also,in patients’ satisfactory degree,in complication incidence,and in knowledge ratio on health introduction observation group was respectively higher,lower and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the nursing in system of job responsibility at perioperation of high anal fistula can relieve patients’ anxiety and depression etc,negative emotion,enhance their satisfactory degree and knowledge ratio on health introduction,and significantly reduce their postoperative complication,as well improve their quality of life,therefore it is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
