预见性护理在产后痔手术患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Predictive Nursing Applied in Surgery for Postpartum Hemorrhoids

为观察预见性护理在产后痔手术患者中的应用效果,将产后痔手术患者132例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施预见性护理,比较2组患者术后手术时间、术后疼痛评分、创面愈合时间、护理满意度、护理质量评分以及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者手术时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05);术后护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者术后护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,在产后痔手术中实施预见性护理可明显缩短手术时间、创面愈合时间,减轻疼痛,患者满意度高,护理后患者的并发症明显减少,临床护理质量评分较高,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the efficacy of predictive nursing(PN)applied in the patients undergoing surgery for postpartum hemorrhoids,randomly divided 132 postpartum hemorrhoids patients into control group(66 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(66 cases,PN);then,compared both groups’ operating time,wound-surface healing time,postoperative pain score rating,nursing satisfactory degree,nursing quality score rating,and postoperative complication incidence.As results,in operation time and wound-surface healing time,in postoperative score on pain,in nursing satisfactory degree,in nursing quality score,as well as in postoperative complication incidence,observation group was respectively shorter,lower,higher,higher,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that in surgery for postpartum hemorrhoids implementing PN can significantly shorten operative and wound-surface healing time,reduce pain,and patient’s satisfactory degree get enhanced,their complication get less,thus the score on nursing quality become higher.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
