袋鼠式护理干预对急性肠炎患儿康复水平的影响

Influence of Kangaroo Mother Care Intervention on the Rehabilitation Levels of Child-patients with Acute Enteronitis

为探讨袋鼠式护理干预对急性肠炎患儿康复水平的影响,将75例急性肠炎患儿随机分为对照组37例和观察组38例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上给予袋鼠式护理干预,比较2组患儿临床疗效,生命体征及并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患儿临床总有效率为89.47%,对照组为64.86%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿心率、呼吸频率、收缩压及舒张压各项指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿腹痛、肠穿孔及肠狭窄等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,袋鼠式护理干预能有效缓解急性肠炎患儿临床症状,提高其有效率,患儿心率、呼吸频率、收缩压及舒张压各项指标显著改善,且能降低并发症发生率,对促进其病情康复具有重要价值。

This study was to investigate the influence of Kangaroo mother care(KMC)on rehabilitation level of child-patients with acute enteronitis,randomly divided 75 cases met above condition into control group(37 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(38 cases,added with KMC based on routine one);then,compared both groups’ clinical effect,vital signs,and complication incidence status.As results,in total effective rate,in such vital signs as heart rate,respiration rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,and in the incidence of complication such as abdominal pain,perforation of intestine,and enterostenosis,etc,observation group was significantly and respectively higher(89.47%vs 64.86%)than,superior to,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that KMC can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of acute enteronitis,enhance its effective rate,and child-patients’ every vital signs can significantly get improved,their complication incidence is declined,thus the KMC has important value to promote condition rehabilitation.
