临床路径护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Nursing Intervention in Clinical Way Applied on Infantile Diarrhea

为观察临床路径护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果,将165例腹泻患儿按就诊顺序分为对照组82例和观察组83例。对照组患儿采用常规护理干预,观察组患儿采用临床路径护理干预,观察2组患儿腹泻次数,退热时间、止泻时间、住院时间及家属护理满意度。结果显示,护理前2组患儿腹泻次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理3d后观察组患儿腹泻次数明显少于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患儿止泻时间、退热时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度明显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,临床路径护理干预可减少患儿腹泻次数,止泻、退热及住院时间明显缩短,有助于病情康复,家属对其满意度更高,值得临床推荐。

This study was to observe the efficacy of nursing intervention in clinical way on infantile diarrhea(ID),according to the order for see a doctor divided 165 ID infants into control group(82 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(83 cases,nursing intervention in clinical way);then,observed both group’s diarrhea frequency;the time for pyretolysis,for stopped diarrhea,and for hospitalization;and relative’s satisfactory degree on nursing.As results,before nursing intervention in diarrhea frequency there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but after nursing for 3 days,the frequency of observation group was just significantly less than control group(P <0.05);in the time for pyrestolysis,for diarrhea stopped,and for hospitalization;and in relative’s satisfaction degree on nursing observation group was significantly and respectively shorter,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the nursing intervention in clinical way can reduce diarrhea frequency shorter,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that the nursing intervention in clinical way can reduce diarrhea frequency,shorten the time for pyrestolysis,for diarrhea stopped,and for hospitalization,therefore is beneficial to condition rehabilited and relatives’ satisfactory degree enhanced,thus worth to be recommended clinically.
