优质护理在肛肠病手术中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Top-notch Nursing Amidst the Surgery for Coloproctological Diseases

为观察优质护理在肛肠病手术中的应用效果,将肛肠病手术患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用优质护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较2组患者治疗依从性及接受度、护理工作满意评价情况;同时采用SAS、SDS评价手术前后2组患者心理状态变化情况。结果显示,观察组患者实施优质护理后患者依从性、接受度均有明显提高(P <0.05);观察组患者及其家属对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);入院时2组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,优质护理用于肛肠病手术中可显著提高患者的依从性和接受度,且患者满意度高。

This study was to observe the efficacy of top-notch nursing amidst the surgery for coloproctological disease,80 cases were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases adopted top-notch nursing)and control group(40 cases,routine one);then,compared patients’ complication on treatment and acceptable degree,as well as evaluated results on nursing between the two groups,at the same time by using SAS and SDS evaluated patients’ mental situation change.As results,in complicance and acceptable degree,as well as in patients’ and their relatives’ satisfactory degree on nursing observation group was significantly uplifted(P <0.05),as well as higher than control group(P <0.05);when admitted,in SAS and SDS ratings there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but after surgery the SAS and SDS ratings of observation group were lower than that of control group(P <0.05).Results show that topnotch nursing amidst the surgery for coloproctological disease can greatly uplift patients’ complicance and acceptable degree,as well as satisfactory degree.
