深圳市南山区慢性病防控存在的问题和对策

Existing problems and countermeasures of chronic diseases prevention and control in Nanshan District of Shenzhen

通过对南山区慢性病防控工作进行现场调查和梳理,查阅有关资料,探讨存在的问题并提出对策。慢性病已成为南山区居民的主要健康问题,虽然南山区建立了长效运行机制,强化政府主导多部门协作和督查问责,构建优势防治网络和专业技术机构,优化统一区域信息平台,慢性病防控体系已初步建立,但是仍存在医疗卫生资源相对不足、分布不均衡,基层医疗机构综合服务能力和水平不高,慢性病患者管理难度大,防控能力建设尚不能满足居民健康需求等问题。南山区应通过优化医疗卫生资源配置,完善医疗服务体系,提高基层医疗卫生机构慢性病综合防治能力,构建完善的南山区慢性病防治网络,提升居民健康素养水平等措施,改善慢性病防控效果。

Through the field investigation and literature review, the problems and propose countermeasures of chronic disease prevention and control were explored in Nanshan. Chronic diseases have become the main health problems of the residents in Nanshan. Although a long-term operation mechanism has been established in Nanshan, in order to strengthen the government-led, multi-sectoral collaboration as well as supervision and accountability, to build an advantage prevention and control network as well as professional and technical institutions, to optimize unified regional information platform, chronic disease prevention and control system has been initially established, but there were still some problems, such as relative insufficient and unbalanced distribution of medical resources, lower comprehensive service ability and level in primary medical institutions, difficult management of chronic disease patients, the capacity building of prevention and control could not meet the health needs of the residents and so on. It required optimal allocation of health resource and comprehensive medical service system to improve the ability on chronic diseases prevention and control in primary health care institutions in Nanshan district. It also needed to build a sound network for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and to improve the level of health literacy of the residents, in order to improve the effectiveness of chronic diseases prevention and control in Nanshan.
