立体定向辅助神经内镜治疗丘脑出血(附18例临床分析)

Stereotaetic endoscopic evacuation of spontaneous hypertensive Hemorrhage of the Thalamus

目的分析研究立体定向辅助神经内镜治疗丘脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取我科2017年1月至2019年12月采用立体定向辅助神经内镜治疗的18例丘脑出血患者的临床资料。结果18例患者均无术后再出血发生,定位精准度较单纯内镜治疗提高,血肿清除率提高;术后恢复良好率提高。结论立体定向辅助神经内镜技术,有效地解决了丘脑精准定位问题,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stereotactic endoscopic evacuation in spontaneous hypertensive hemorrhage of the Thalamus.Methods Eighteen patients with spontaneous hypertensive hemorrhage of the Thalamus,admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,were treated by stereotactic endoscopic hematoma evacuation.Their clinical data were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results Ts No intracerebral hemorrhage recurred in the patients.The accuracy of localization is higher than that of endoscopic therapy alone;Increased clearance rate of hematoma;The rate of good recovery after operation is improved.Conclusion Stereotaetic endoscopic evacuation effectively solves the problem of accurate localization of thalamus.The clinical effect is remarkable.The technique is worth popularizing in clinic.
