Thinking of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment:Implication of Orthodontic Treatment in Cleft Lip and Palate Sequence Treatment

以口腔正畸应用于唇腭裂序列治疗的临床问题为切入点,探索适用于我国国情的治疗模式与方法。介绍了唇腭裂序列治疗的规范化诊疗与个体化序列治疗,应不断完善序列治疗流程。总结了我国序列治疗的理论与经验,实现满足患者诊治需要具有现实可操作性的唇腭裂多学科序列治疗模式。从唇腭裂患者家庭心理与社会层面的人文关怀出发,分析唇腭裂患者及其家庭的特殊性,研究唇腭裂患者家属的心理模式及健康教育需求,以患者家庭为核心同时兼顾患者的发育和心理需求,做好患者及家属思想工作,正确对待疾病的发生发展,以期不断完善临床思维与方法才是真正的价值所在。

This study explores treatment mode and method suitable for China on applying orthodontic treatment of cleft lip and palate in clinical practice.It introduces the diagnosis and treatment of cleft lip and palate,jaw specification and individualized sequential treatment,and the sequential treatment process improved continuously.This paper summarizes the theory and experience of sequence therapy,and builds up the multi-disciplinary sequential treatment mode of cleft lip and palate which meets the needs of patients’diagnosis and treatment.Starting from the family psychology and social humanistic care of children with cleft lip and palate,this paper analyzes the particularity of children with cleft lip and palate and their families,studies the psychological model and health education needs of their families.The essential values of this study lie in the balance between caring both patients’family and patients’psychological needs,psychological counseling on parents,correct reaction to disease,and the improvement on clinical thinking and clinical method.
