“抗疫日记”对新冠疫情期间一线护士工作的影响研究

Explore the Effect of"Anti-epidemic Diary"on the Work Engagement Level of First-line Nurses during the Prevention and Control of COVID-19

探讨"抗疫日记"对新冠疫情期间一线护士工作状态的影响,便利选取某院首批参加抗击新冠肺炎临床一线护士46名作为研究对象,对研究对象实施"抗疫日记"干预方案,于干预前和干预21天后采用中文版自我和谐量表、中文版护士职业认同评定量表和中文版工作投入量表进行评价。干预后,护士的自我和谐状态、职业认同感及工作投入水平均得到了显著改善(P<0.05),且日记公开发表组的职业认同感水平显著高于未公开发表组(P<0.05)。"抗疫日记"可改善抗疫一线护士的自我和谐状态,提高其职业认同水平,促进其更好地投入到疫情防控工作中。

This research explores the effect of"anti-epidemic diary"on improving the work engagement level of first-line nurses during the prevention and control of COVID-19.46 first-line nurses who participated in the fight against COVID-19 in our hospital were selected as subjects.An intervention program was conducted,the self-consistency and congruence scale,occupational identification assessment’s scale and work engagement scale all written in Chinese were used for evaluation before and 21 days after intervention.After the intervention,the self-consistency and congruence,occupational identification and work engagement level of the first-line nurses were significantly improved(P<0.05).Moreover,the occupational identification level of the group whose diary was published was significantly higher than that of the group whose diary was not published(P<0.05).The intervention program of"anti-epidemic diary"can improve the selfconsistency and congruence state of first-line nurses,improve their occupational identification level,and promote them to better engage in the epidemic prevention and control work.
