摘要
知识和经济深度融合带来知识和经济的双重转型。在知识转型和创新驱动发展的背景下,一流学科承担了广泛的社会责任。对一流学科的评价要从过去专注其在学术共同体中的学术影响走向关注其在经济社会发展中的社会影响。一流学科的社会影响可以分为三类:通过“社会相关性分析”可以评价其潜在的社会影响;通过一流学科与社会的“互动”可以评价作为过程的社会影响;通过“绩效评价”可以评价作为结果的社会影响。
The deep integration of knowledge and economy leads to the dual transformation of knowledge and economy.In the context of knowledge transformation and innovation-driven development,first-class disciplines have undertaken extensive social responsibilities.The evaluation of first-class disciplines should shift from focusing on its academic impact in the academic community in the past to its social impact in economic and social development.The social impact of first-class disciplines can be divided into three categories.The potential social impact can be evaluated through"social relevance analysis",the social impact as a process can be evaluated through the"interaction"between first-class disciplines and society,and the social impact as a result can be evaluated through"performance evaluation".
