摘要
文章从国内、国外两个角度梳理高校教师选聘标准相关研究。国内研究部分,以高校教师胜任力、高校教师素质、高校教师选聘标准国家法规政策等相关研究为内容,剖析国内高校教师选聘标准;国外研究部分,以时间为纬度,以重要研究成果为经度,分析高校教师选聘相关研究成果。通过综合研究得出启示:目前对教师胜任力的研究没有对不同层次和结构的教师进行更细致的研究;在对高校教师胜任力评价体系的研究中没有找准教师,尤其是高校教师在社会转型期间的角色与定位;没有从高校教师选聘规律、大学理念、社会需求等更高的层面来思考并对高校教师胜任标准提出要求。
This paper investigates the relevant research on standard of hiring young teachers in universities at home and abroad.The domestic research part consists of the university teachers’competency research,related research on the quality of university teachers,the research on the standard of talent selection,as well as the national laws,regulations and policies for the selection of university teachers,so as to analyze the employment standards of young teachers in domestic colleges and universities.As for the overseas part,it mainly studies the important research results overseas.Through the comprehensive study,we draw inspirations as follows:the present research on teacher competency lacks more detailed research on teachers of different levels and structures;the research on the competency evaluation system of college teachers has not identified the role and positioning of teachers,especially college teachers,during the transition period;it does not consider and put forward requirements for the qualifications of young college teachers from higher levels of college teachers’selection rules,university philosophy,and social needs.
