大学生结构性合理就业促进研究——基于“大学生智力众筹平台”的构建

Promoting Intelligence Crowdfunding for the Structural and Reasonable Employment of College Students

社会高速发展、产业结构转型、人才需求层次和标准日渐提升,动态化要求与高校人才培养的相对滞后性使得大学生与社会之间的结构性供求失衡不断加深。对此,文章对大学生结构性合理就业的内涵及其身份构建要求进行了解析,提出构建以实现大学生高质量就业为主要目标,包含“双模块培养与过程激励系统”及“人才评价体系与反馈系统”的“大学生智力众筹平台”。“大学生智力众筹平台”作为面向对象数量大、运行周期长的教育自生态系统,其构建也因结果变量多且不稳定、指标权重需不断迭代更新、行为主体认知水平有限等原因具有较高的挑战性。

With the rapid development of society,the transformation of industrial structure,the increasing level and standard of talent demand,the dynamic requirements and the relative lag of talent training in colleges and universities have deepened the structural imbalance of supply and demand between college students and society.In view of this,the author analyzes the connotation and identity construction requirements of college students’structural and reasonable employment,and proposes to build a"College Student Intelligence Crowdfunding Platform"with the main goal of achieving high-quality employment of college students,which mainly includes"dual module training and process incentive system"and"talent evaluation system and feedback system".As an educational self-ecosystem with a large number of objects and long running cycle,"College Student Intelligence Crowdfunding Platform"has high challenges due to many unstable result variables,constant iterative updating of index weights,and limited cognitive level of actors.
