积极心理团体辅导视角下思想政治教育亲和力的缘起、生成与提升 被引量:5

摘要 亲和力是影响思想政治教育实效性的重要因素。当前思想政治教育中积极教育理念贫乏,教育内容人文性与时代性缺乏与积极教育环境缺少,导致思想政治教育亲和力效果减弱。从积极心理团体辅导的视角分析亲和力的生成机理,积极情绪与积极需要是其动力机制,积极人格形成的积极自我意识是其强化机制,积极心理情境与共情的教学情境是其保障机制。思想政治教育亲和力的提升需要定位优势教育理念与转换学业情绪以生成积极动力,优化教育内容与培养成长型思维以提升积极自我意识,构建平等的师生关系与亲密的同伴关系以营造积极教育环境。 Affinity is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.At present,ideological and political education is faced with dilemmas of the lack of positive education concept,the lack of humanistic and contemporary education content and the lack of positive education environment,which leads to the weakening of the affinity effect of Ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of affinity from the perspective of positive psychological group counseling.Positive emotions and positive needs are its dynamic mechanism;positive self formed by positive personality is its strengthening mechanism;and positive psychological situation and empathy teaching situation are its guarantee mechanism.In order to improve the affinity of Ideological and political education,we need to position the advantageous education idea and change the academic emotion to generate positive motivation,optimize the education content and cultivate the growth thinking to enhance the positive self,and build equal teacher-student relationship and intimate peer relationship to create a positive education environment.
