权利保障:突破校企合作“壁炉现象”的企业逻辑 被引量:24

摘要 校热企冷的“壁炉现象”是我国职业教育校企合作难以有效开展的主要困境。学界主流研究大都站在职业院校的立场上探究如何提升企业参与度,而站在企业的立场上,从保障企业权利的角度入手,可与主流研究形成互补关系,以期更有效地提升企业参与度。作为主动参与校企合作的合法主体,企业应当享有主导技能积累过程、专享技术研发成果、优选技术技能人才的权利。而要保障企业的这些合法权利,必须要规范让渡体系以夯实企业育人的主体地位,拓展专项制度以支持技术成果的应用转化,完善补偿机制以降低人才流失的利益损失。 The"school-hot and enterprise-cold fireplace phenomenon"is the main difficulty in the effective development of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China.Most mainstream studies in the academic world explore how to enhance enterprise participation from the standpoint of vocational schools,while from the perspective of enterprises and starting with protecting enterprise rights,they can form a complementary relationship with mainstream studies,so as to improve enterprise participation more effectively.As the legal subject to take the initiative to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,enterprises shall have the right to lead the process of skill accumulation,enjoy the achievements of technology research and development,and optimize the technical personnel.In order to protect the legal rights of enterprises,we must standardize the right transfer system to consolidate the subject position of enterprise education,expand the special project system to support the application and transformation of technological achievements,and improve the compensation mechanism to reduce the loss of talents.
