摘要
为提升传统高温匀染剂的分散性和耐硬水性,以生物基腰果酚表面活性剂为原料制备高分散耐硬水的高温匀染剂M-206A,并对比其与传统AB料型高温匀染剂在硬水环境下的染色性能。结果表明:M-206A的缓染性优于AB型匀染剂,并且在实际生产中可替代传统AB料型高温匀染剂。
In order to improve the dispersion and hard water resistance of traditional high temperature lev⁃eling agents,a high-temperature leveling agent M-206A with high dispersion and hard water resistance was prepared with bio-based cardanol surfactant as raw material,and its dyeing performance in hard water envi⁃ronment was compared with that of traditional AB type high-temperature leveling agent.The result showed that the retarding property of M-206A was superior to AB leveling agent,and could replace traditional AB lev⁃eling agent in practical production.
