摘要
采用磁控溅射技术在真丝织物表面制备铜和铜/钛膜。通过SEM、EDS、XPS等表征方法对镀膜真丝织物的表面形貌、表面元素、化学价态进行微观表征,并对镀膜织物的颜色特征和防紫外性能进行分析。结果表明:磁控溅射在真丝织物表面成功形成了铜/钛膜,可大幅提高织物的紫外防护性能,UPF值从5.35提升到27.85,T(UVA)从33.92%降低到5.84%;镀膜能在织物表面产生颜色,随溅射时间的延长,织物的K/S值增大,为织物色彩开发提供了理论依据。
Cu and Cu/Ti films were prepared on silk fabrics by magnetron sputtering.The surface morphol⁃ogy,surface elements and chemical valence state of the coated silk fabric were characterized by SEM,EDS and XPS.The color features and anti-ultraviolet performance of the coated silk fabric were analyzed.The re⁃sults showed that the Cu/Ti film was successfully formed on the surface of silk fabric by magnetron sputter⁃ing,which could greatly improve the anti-ultraviolet property of the fabric.The UPF value increased from 5.35 to 27.85,and the T(UVA)decreased from 33.92%to 5.84%.With the increase of sputtering time,the K/S val⁃ue of the fabric increased,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of fabric color.
