低场磁共振和CT技术在脊柱创伤中的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic value of low field MRI and CT technology in spinal trauma

摘要 目的评估低场磁共振(MRI)检测技术以及CT检测技术在脊柱创伤患者诊断中的临床意义。方法选择2017年7月-2019年9月高唐县人民医院诊断的14例脊柱创伤患者为研究对象,均采用低场MRI检测技术以及CT检测技术实行临床诊断,统计诊断结果。结果低场MRI诊断结果:诊断存在椎骨创伤的患者占28.57%(4/14)(椎体爆裂骨折、压缩性骨折、无骨折脱位、骨挫伤的患者各1例),诊断存在韧带受损的患者占28.57%(4/14),诊断存在脊髓受损的患者28.57%(4/14)(水肿表现、压迫、断裂、萎缩的患者各1例),诊断存在椎间盘受损的患者占7.14%(1/14),诊断存在硬膜外血肿的患者占7.14%(1/14)。CT诊断结果:爆裂型脊柱创伤患者占57.14%(8/14),单纯屈曲压缩型脊柱创伤患者占28.57%(4/14),安全带型脊柱创伤患者占7.14%(1/14),骨折脱位型脊柱创伤患者占7.14%(1/14)。结论在脊柱创伤患者临床诊断中采取低场MRI检测技术以及CT检测技术均可获得良好效果,需结合患者实际状况合理选择诊断方式。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of low field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)detection technology and CT detection technology in the diagnosis of spinal trauma.Methods From July 2017 to September 2019,14 patients with spinal trauma diagnosed in Gaotang County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,low field MRI detection technology and CT detection technology were used for clinical diagnosis,and the diagnosis results were counted.Results Low field MRI diagnosis results:28.57%(4/14)of patients with vertebral trauma were diagnosed(patients with vertebral burst fracture,with compressive fracture,without fracture and dislocation,with bone contusion,1 case in each).28.57%(4/14)of patients with ligament injury and 28.57%(4/14)of patients with spinal cord injury were diagnosed(edema,compression,rupture and atrophy,1 case in each),7.14%(1/14)of patients with intervertebral disk damage were diagnosed,7.14%(1/14)of patients with epidural hematoma were diagnosed.CT diagnosis results:57.14%(8/14)of patients with burst spinal trauma,28.57%(4/14)of patients with simple flexion and compression spinal trauma,7.14%(1/14)of patients with seat belt spinal trauma,and 7.14%(1/14)of patients with fracture and dislocation spinal trauma.Conclusion Low field MRI detection technology and CT detection technology could achieve good results in the clinical diagnosis of patients with spinal trauma.It was necessary to choose a reasonable diagnosis mode according to the actual situation of patients.
