姑息护理对老年晚期胃癌患者的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of palliative care on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的评价对老年晚期胃癌患者采取姑息护理对其心理状态与预后效果的影响。方法对2018年7月-2019年7月内蒙古自治区人民医院收治的100例患晚期胃癌的老年患者展开研究,分成对照组和干预组各50例,对照组接受常规护理,干预组实施姑息护理,比较两组护理效果。结果干预组的情感负担、经济压力及心理负担评分均低于对照组,干预组的生理、情感、家庭以及功能状况评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年晚期胃癌患者采取姑息护理效果良好,不仅可以减轻患者心理负担,还能促进其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of palliative care on the psychological status and prognosis of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,a total of 100 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital were studied and divided into control group and intervention group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the intervention group received palliative care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The emotional burden,economic stress and psychological burden score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the physiological,emotional,family and functional status scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of palliative care for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer was good,which could not only reduce the psychological burden of patients,but also promote the quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
