益肾通督针法治疗中风后尿失禁40 例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 40 cases of post-stroke urinary incontinence treating with Yishen Tongdu acupuncture

目的观察益肾通督针法治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选择2017年4月-2019年4月天津市环湖医院收治的80例中风后尿失禁患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组在醒脑开窍针刺法的基础上采用益肾通督针法,对照组采用常规醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效和尿失禁程度评分情况。结果治疗后,两组尿失禁程度评分较治疗前均有明显改善,且观察组尿失禁治疗总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾通督针法能有效改善中风后尿失禁患者的临床症状,在醒脑开窍针刺法基础上联合益肾通督针法,疗效优于单纯醒脑开窍针刺法,是中风后尿失禁的一种有效治疗手段。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Tongdu acupuncture on urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with urinary incontinence after stroke admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each.The observation group was treated with Yishen Tongdu acupuncture based on Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and scores of urinary incontinence degree were observed in 2 groups.Results After treatment,the scores of urinary incontinence degree of the two groups were significantly improved,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tongdu acupuncture could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.Based on Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,the curative effect of Yishen Tongdu acupuncture was better than that of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture alone,which was an effective treatment method for urinary incontinence after stroke.
