考虑发电能力匹配性的输变电设备检修优化方法 被引量:4

摘要 为保障电网电力供应能力,减少由于发电机组与输变电设备检修计划协调性不足导致的发电受限问题,提出了一种考虑发电能力匹配性的输变电设备检修优化方法。充分考虑发电机组检修及季节性能力变化与输变电设备检修计划间的协调关系,定义了发电能力匹配性指标。该指标取值大小反映了输变电设备检修与发电机组发电能力的匹配关系,数值越大,匹配性越高。以该指标最大化为优化目标,综合考虑输变电设备检修时段、电力电量平衡等约束条件,构建了考虑发电能力匹配性的输变电设备检修优化模型。根据模型特点,提出了求解方法。最后基于IEEE-30节点系统构造算例表明,本文所提出的方法能够避免发电机组检修与输变电设备检修不协调导致的发电能力下降,从而提升电网整体运行效益。 In order to ensure the power supply capacity of the power grid and reduce the generation limitation caused by the lack of coordination between the maintenance plan of the generation units and the power transmission and transformation equipment,an optimization method for the maintenance of power transmission and transformation equipment considering the matching of power generation capacity was proposed.Considering the coordination between the maintenance and seasonal capacity change of generation unit and the maintenance plan of transmission and transformation equipment,the matching index of power generation capacity is defined.The value of the index reflects the matching performance relationship between the maintenance of power transmission and transformation equipment and the generating capacity of the generation unit.The larger the value is,the higher the matching is.Taking the maximization of the index as the optimization goal,the maintenance optimization model of transmission and transformation equipment considering the generation capacity matching was constructed by comprehensively considering the maintenance period of transmission and transformation equipment and the constraints such as power balance.According to the characteristics of the model,the solution method is presented.Finally,a case study based on the construction of IEEE-30 buses system shows that the proposed method can avoid the power generation capacity decline caused by the uncoordinated maintenance of generator sets and power transmission and transformation equipment,so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of the power grid.
