摘要
JLHA3-675-61中强度铝合金绞线需要配套设计耐张线夹和接续管。本文介绍了其配套耐张线夹和接续管的研制和试验情况,通过改进耐张线夹和接续管的结构、材料、压接方式和压缩比等,成功研制出该绞线配套的耐张线夹和接续管。
JLHA3-675-61 medium-strength aluminum alloy stranded wire needs to be designed with a strain clamp and a connecting tube.This paper introduced the development and testing of its supporting strain clamp and connect⁃ing pipe,and successfully developed the strain clamp and splice tube for the stranded wire by improving the struc⁃ture,material,crimping method and compression ratio of the strain clamp and the splice tube.
