摘要
器件型磁电容效应具有多种优势,如信噪比高、反应强烈等,其必将广泛应用于各种电学数据测量中,具有很好的发展前景。因此,本文分析了器件型磁电容效应及其应用,并结合实际情况,给出合理的操作建议。
The device type magnetocapacitance effect has many advantages,such as high signal-to-noise ratio and strong response,which will be widely used in various electrical data measurement and has a good development pros⁃pect.Therefore,this paper analyzed the device-type magnetocapacitance effect and its application,and combined the actual situation to give reasonable operating suggestions.
