数控机床维修实训设备改造的探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着工业4.0的快速发展,传统的制造设备逐渐被以高档数控设备所替代,机床的维护与维修人才出现很大的人才需求。职业类院校专业设置需紧贴社会的岗位需求,近几年各大院校开设数控机床维修与装调专业,培养数控机床故障诊断与维修方面的专业人才。为合理有效利用数控车床,满足数控、机电专业学生的教学需求,提升学生动手能力和解决实际问题,从而提出对数控维修实训设备改造的几点思考,使之能够满足数控车床维修实训设备的要求。 With the rapid development of industry 4.0,the traditional manufacturing equipment is gradually replaced by high-grade numerical control equipment.There is a great demand for talents in machine tool maintenance and repair.In recent years,all colleges and universities have set up the major of NC machine tool maintenance and adjustment to cultivate the professional talents in NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance.In order to use CNC lathe reasonably and effectively,meet the teaching needs of students majoring in CNC and mechatronics,improve their practical ability and solve practical problems,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the transformation of CNC maintenance training equipment,so that it can meet the requirements of CNC lathe maintenance training equipment.
