摘要
供液设备是页岩气压裂工艺中的重要设备。针对现有供液设备施工过程中噪音大、尾气污染严重、自动化程度低等问题,特研制了一种低噪音、零排放且自动化程度高的供液设备。该设备采用电力变频驱动,通过PLC系统对设备进行自动化控制,在确保大排量供液的同时,能够有效降低环境噪音和大气污染;并且设备能够根据负载变化快速响应,保证供液的连续和稳定;同时该设备具有远程通讯功能,能够通过远程模式实现本地无人化操作。
Liquid supply equipment is an important equipment in shale gas fracturing process.In view of the problems in the construction of existing liquid supply equipment,such as high noise,serious tail gas pollution and low automation level,a low noise,zero emission and high automation level liquid supply equipment is developed.The equipment is driven by electric frequency conversion and controlled automatically by PLC system,which can ef fectively reduce the environmental noise and air pollution while ensuring the large displacement of liquid supply;and the equipment can respond quickly according to the load change to ensure the continuity and stability of liquid supply;at the same time,the equipment has the function of remote communication,and can realize the local unmanned operation through the remote mode.
