摘要
广播电视天线的天馈线系统由于安装架设于户外,在使用过程中,受天气情况、地理位置、材料质量等一系列因素的影响,随着使用年限的增加,天馈线的组成部件有些会出现腐蚀和脱落等情况,严重的话就有可能造成停播事故。因此,在发现天馈线的组成部件出现腐蚀和脱落前就要及时地进行抢修更换,以确保能够安全播出。而广播电视天线短波发射桅杆顶部滑轮承载着整副发射幕的重量,出现腐蚀严重的情况时更是急需更换。本文主要从一些实践经验介绍了发射桅杆顶部滑轮使用落幕更换法及高空更换法的施工方法,分析了两种方法的优点、缺点,论述了两种方法各自的适应条件,希望能够为相关的工作者提供一定的参考和研究价值。
The antenna and feeder system of radio and television antenna is installed outdoors.During its use,it is affected by a series of factors,such as weather,geographical location,material quality,etc.With the increase of service life,some components of antenna and feeder will corrode and fall off,which may be caused if it is serious.Stop broadcasting accident.Therefore,in order to ensure safe broadcasting,it is necessary to repair and replace the components of antenna feeder in time before they are found to be corroded and falling off.The top pulley of the short wave transmitting mast of the radio and television antenna bears the weight of the whole transmitting curtain,which needs to be replaced urgently in case of serious corrosion.This paper mainly introduces the construction methods of launching mast top pulley using curtain closing replacement method and altitude replacement method from some practical experience,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,and discusses their respective adaptation conditions,hoping to provide some reference and research value for relevant workers.
