新医改下公立医院财务管理存在的问题剖析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of the Problems in the Financial Management of Public Hospitals Under the New Medical Reform

伴随着我国经济快速的发展,在新医改的大环境下,公立医院的生存与发展面临很大的挑战,在当前的环境下,公立医院要想正常的进行运营,就要加强医院的财务管理工作,这对公立医院的发展是一条有效的途径。新医改之后我国公立医院的经营管理模式与资金来源对于之前有所改变,所以医院要不断完善自身财务管理的职能,才可以在新医改这样的大环境下顺利进行发展。笔者根据新医改下公立医院财务管理存在的问题剖析及对策进行了简单的研究,希望对我国公立医院的发展有所帮助。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,under the new medical reform environment,the survival and development of public hospitals are facing great challenges,in the current environment,if public hospitals want to operate normally,they must strengthen the financial management of hospitals,which is an effective way for the development of public hospitals.After the new medical reform,the operation management mode and source of funds of public hospitals in China have changed before,so the hospital should constantly improve its financial management function sits in order to develop smoothly under the new medical reform environment.Based on the analysis and countermeasure of the problems in the financial management of public hospitals under the new medical reform,the author makes a simple study,hoping to help the development of public hospitals in China.
