Research on the Operation Management of the Online Practice Teaching System for Public Management Majors

教学体系的运行管理模式直接关系到该教学体系的教学效果和存在的必要性。对于新生的公共管理类专业线上实操能力培养教学体系而言,运行和管理更加重要。本文通过界定线上教学体系的目标,从运行的组织保障和管理方面出发,针对性地提出了公共管理类专业线上实操能力培养教学体系的运行管理办法。公共管理专业教师和学生应积极转变自身角色,变换教学方式与模式,形成新的教学体系,提升教学效果,以期助力该教学体系的建设和公共管理类专业的发展。

The operation and management mode of the teaching system is directly related to the teaching effect and the necessity of the teaching system.For the freshman public management professional online practical ability training teaching system,operation and management are more important.By defining the goals of the online teaching system and starting from the aspects of organizational guarantee and management of operation,this paper puts forward the operation management methods of the training system for training the online practical ability of public management majors.Teachers and students of public management majors should actively change their roles,transform teaching methods and models,form a new teaching system,and improve teaching effects,with a view to helping the construction of the teaching system and the development of public management majors.
