加强教学质量管理、提升教学质量是高等院校,尤其是本科院校教学管理的一项中心工作。OBE理念要求高校授课教师以学生为中心,围绕着提升学生的自主学习能力创新意识来实施教学,从而激发出学生的自我学习潜能,优化课堂设计、注重教学成果与学习成果的转换、重视学生的主体性地位,培养他们的创新意识与终身学习意识,最终为社会各界培养出具有终身学习精神的创新性应用型人才。

To strengthen teaching quality management and improve teaching quality is a central task of teaching management in Colleges and universities,especially undergraduate colleges.The OBE concept requires colleges and universities and teachers to focus on students and implement teaching around improving students'innovative awareness of independent learning ability,so as to stimulate students'self-learning potential,optimize classroom design,pay attention to the conversion of teaching results and learning results,attach importance to students'subjectivity,cultivate their innovative awareness and lifelong learning awareness,and f inally cultivate them for all walks of life Cultivate innovative and applied talents with lifelong learning spirit.
