颈椎病患者中医特色治疗及护理疗效观察

TCM characteristic treatment and nursing effect observation of patients with cervical spondylosis

目的观察颈椎病患者中医特色治疗及护理疗效。方法回顾性分析我院颈椎病患者82例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组36例(给予常规护理),研究组46例(给予常规护理及中医特色护理)。比较两组中医证候积分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组上肢麻木疼痛、颈肩部不适、手指麻木疼痛的积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组上肢麻木疼痛、颈肩部不适、手指麻木疼痛的积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛的生活质量评分均显著高于常规组及治疗前(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论中医特色护理能显著改善颈椎病患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且有较高的安全性。

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing for patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 82 patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,all them were divided into control group(36 cases)and study group(46 cases)according to different nursing methods.TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of upper limb numbness pain,neck shoulder discomfort and finger numbness pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb numbness pain,neck shoulder discomfort and finger numbness pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,body pain and other quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group and before treatment(P<0.05).And there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion TCM characteristic nursing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
