多元化护理在老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多元化护理在老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者护理中的应用效果。方法研究选取本院2018年3月~2019年6月接收的老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者112例,按照随机、单盲法分为两组,对照组(n=56)开展常规护理,研究组(n=56)实施多元化护理,准确评估营养风险评分,并评估干预前后抑郁(SDS)、焦虑(SAS)、生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果在营养风险筛查NRS评分、SDS评分、SAS评分及SF-36评分方面,干预前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组相比于对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理在老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良护理中应用价值较高,不仅可以增强患者营养状况,改善其不良情绪,同时有助于日常生活质量提高。 Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition.Methods 112 elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition received in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random and single-blind method.The control group(n=56)was given routine nursing,and the study group(n=56)was given diversified nursing.The nutritional risk score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)score on life quality before and after the intervention were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in nutritional risk screening(NRS)score,SDS score,SAS score and SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing has higher application value in elderly chronic heart failure accompanied with malnutrition.It can not only enhance the nutritional status of patients,improve their bad mood,but also help improve the quality of daily life.
